The Final Day

Let me just start off with that this opened my minded to many things such as Transcendentalism and the superficial things of life that people just don't ever think about. A few superficial things that come to my mind are facebook, ipods, and television. But our society lives off of these superficial things in life. If we didn't have them, we wouldn't know what is going on in the world, and the stupid things in life that we thrive on so much. But I do have to say that I am one of those people that couldn't fully simplify my life, but I bet there are people that could simplify their lives just like Thoreau did. I say I can not simplify my life because I live within my ipod, it helps me through so many moods.
